Robert Johnson is a healthcare executive and sales strategist known for scaling cash-based medical clinics through high-converting sales systems, team training, and operational efficiency. As COO of THRIVE Medicine Houston, he’s helped drive rapid clinic growth by blending clinical insight with smart business strategy. He now brings that knowledge to you through Clinic Culture.
With deep expertise in medical sales, hormone optimization, weight loss, and regenerative therapies, Robert builds systems that increase conversions, boost retention, and maximize revenue. He’s trained clinics nationwide in ethical, effective sales practices and knows how to lead both front-end sales teams and back-end operations.
Ellen blends 10+ years of content marketing experience with a lifelong passion for health and wellness. Equal parts strategist and storyteller, she’s all about turning big visions into actual growth. Before entering the consulting world, Ellen built her own six-figure health coaching business through developing a unique ability to sell authentically and fostering long-term client relationships.
A former D1 track athlete, National Champion, and CrossFit Games competitor, Ellen brings a high-performance mindset to everything she does. Today, that drive fuels her mission to help clinics grow their income and impact (because you need to make money to continue changing people’s lives!)
